This package includes six 3-hour home visits with ongoing emotional and practical support throughout the early postpartum weeks. Receive newborn care, settling, feeding and sleep education within my doula scope, baby-focused household support, and dedicated time to rest, shower, eat or simply breathe. You’ll also receive a postpartum care gift, regular phone or video check-ins, and unlimited text support Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
