This package includes three 3-hour home visits with ongoing emotional and practical support throughout the early postpartum weeks. You’ll receive newborn care, settling, feeding and sleep education within my doula scope, baby-focused household support, and dedicated time to rest, shower, eat or simply breathe. You’ll also receive two weekly phone or message check-ins between visits, a postpartum care gift, and continued support as you settle into life with your new baby.
